We have had a brilliant experience working with ADRM these past few months renovating our town house. Being based in Melbourne the proposition of doing a long distance renovation was daunting. We are so glad we contracted Adrian to manage our reno - his attention to detail, project management skills and knowledge of how to organise tradesmen and approvals is 5 star. We did a complete top to bottom renovation, and everything was kept on time and within budget which was great. You can tell Adrian loves what he does and takes pride in his work. I'd recommend ADRM to anyone and would contract them again.

Adrian was very aware of what we needed to do to improve our Unit and how to go about the changes. I felt comfortable with the plan. The “what?” “how?” and “how much”? was a lot easier discussion than I thought it would be. 

Adrian’s knowledge of buyers and sellers helped me understand what and why we were doing, and his knowledge of how the work would be carried out put me at ease.

He organised and oversaw extensive renovations with his team of ADRM maintenance trades, ensuring our property was presented in the best possible way. 

He totally committed to us and we have nothing but gratitude and respect for him and his team. Simply the Best!! 

I spent 14 months trying to get 3 wooden surrounded vertical skylights (40 years old) repaired/replaced. No roof carpenter was interested (had glass) no glazier interested (had wood). Found Adrian's details he came to view the job and said, "no problem." He organized quality companies, recommending against the cheapest quote for the skylights - thank goodness, the Perth Window and Door replacement were outstanding, both in quality of product and work. Adrian was on-site every day and efficiently oversaw all aspects of the work. Fully satisfied. Adrian fully recommended. Not cheap but remember you ONLY get what you pay for!

I used ADRM Project Management to do several jobs around my unit and Adrian did a wonderful job. All clean and tidy too which you don’t always get with workmen. I highly recommend this business.
