Adrian Ballard
As well as being the Director of All Done Residential Maintenance, Adrian is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Director of Jones Ballard Property Group. Having enjoyed a successful career in real estate spanning over 30 years, Adrian's passion for Project Management and Renovating properties started back in 1995 with commercial property developers, LMS Property Group – where he worked until 1999 as a project manager overseeing construction of 27 general industrial warehouses and the fitout of multi story residential apartments in the Perth CBD. Throughout his life, Adrian has enjoyed buying, renovating, and selling his own properties, which has given him the skills to finish projects to a high standard in very short timeframes.
